Sam is a subject matter expert with 30 years’ experience working in financial services and compliance.

She joins our team of Shareholding Disclosure Specialists, Angie Huff and Michelle Rowe.

Sam has worked in several compliance related roles including Senior Compliance Manager holding both SMF16 & SMF17 compliance functions and has previously run her own financial services company.  Prior to joining Kaizen, Sam spent 15 years at Invesco managing their shareholding disclosure team and has an in-depth knowledge of the reporting requirements in this area.
