Michelle received a law degree and completed an LPC before moving into compliance in investment banking.

She has a wealth of industry experience at three of the tier 1 investment banks – Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank, where she was a subject matter expert on global shareholding disclosures.

Part of Kaizen’s team of regulatory specialists, Michelle works alongside Angie Huff as a Senior Shareholding Disclosure Specialist on shareholding disclosures, helping to build out the global rules for our shareholding disclosure rules library which underpins the service, as well as supporting clients with their queries and questions.
