St Mungo’s aims to end homelessness and rebuild the lives of people experiencing homelessness. St Mungo’s is out on the streets, every day and every night, looking for people sleeping rough to help them away from the streets. They are one of the largest providers of outreach services for people who are rough sleeping in England.

Beam was founded in 2016 by Alex Stephany after he became friends with a homeless man who would sit outside his local train station. Determined to help, Alex had the idea to crowdfund for homeless people and by combining talented caseworkers with smart technology, Beam aims to solve tough social problems and provide funding for people to get new jobs and homes.

Magic Breakfast is a charity that works with partner schools across the country to identify pupils at risk of hunger and to ensure that no child is too hungry to learn. They work with over 1,000 Primary, Secondary and ASL/Special Educational Needs schools, plus Pupil Referral Units, offering breakfasts to over 200,000 children each school day. 

Part of our charitable efforts includes an employee matching programme where we match any charitable contributions made by our employees. We are proud to sponsor the efforts of our staff who have undertaken significant challenges to raise money for charitable causes.

Dorabros, named after the Dorado fish, are four friends — including Kaizen staff member James Deehan — brought together by a thirst for adventure and their desire to make a difference.

We were proud to support their efforts in completing five incredible challenges to raise funds for the UK’s Teenage Cancer Trust, including the amazing achievement of rowing across the Atlantic Ocean.
